Policies

-No Shows will be charged 50% of the total of the services booked or 50% of the average price of the service booked.
-Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or it can be a 50% charge. Cancellations may not be accepted for appointments exceeding a 60 minutes time slot and is at our discretion based on how long it has been reserved.
-Due to high demand of desirable appointment slots, Appointments will not be scheduled without a valid card on file or a deposit left of 50% of the service if card isn't an option.
- High ticket services may be asked to leave a non refundable deposit.

-Deposits / Charges are non refundable and non transferrable as they cover the previously occupied appointment slot.
-Consultations are complementary however no-showing a consultation is a $100 charge for reserving the time slot.
-We have a 15 minute grace period on all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time then you may be marked as a no-show.
-Memberships are for a minimum of 12 months with the option to pause for up to 8 weeks due to a qualifying life event.



Policies are in place to protect the time of both our staff and our other clients. That being said, if rare cancellations after the 48 hour mark take place due to an act of god or illness, we will happily refund you. We apologize for any inconvenience our policies may cause. Please do your best to only take up appointment slots that you intend to keep and communicate as far in advance as possible to release your slot to other clients if you no longer need it. Due to high demand of desirable appointment slots, we encourage pre-booking before you leave.
